7. Incredible how a game so close came right down to the wire and it just so happened to be trout batting v ohtani with 2 outs.

8. 準決勝の村上に打順が回った時、「やっぱり役者に回ってくるんだ」って言った翌日、最後のマウンドには大谷、打席にはトラウトがいて、「回ってきちゃうんだ」って同じことを言ってた。
   本当に美しい結末だなって何度見ても思う。
   そして何故か、トラウトがホームランを打って打球を動かずに見つめて確信歩きをする姿も違和感なく想像できる。そこから負ける結末だったとしても「悔しい」以外の感情を持ってたんだろうなって思ってしまう。
   歴史に残る名勝負だった。

14. What a game. And the irony that a big reason this tourney was successful is the same reason MLB games have been getting blasted by the fans. Personality. For whatever reason, when the club games are being played, there are way too many fans who want to see the players act like robots, and the second they show any sort of individuality, they want them thrown at. Yet not a word this entire tourney by comparison. Wanna know what's been wrong with baseball? Not just the rules, but those fans. Leave this personality in the game when the season starts. Let the players enjoy themselves. Clearly everybody wins in that scenario. The numbers don't lie. Congrats to Japan on a well earned championship.
