  12. Kikuka Sho of 2015 was the moment where Kitasan Black begun to show his strength after frustration and consistent improvement in his Classic year. He would have 7 G1 wins in his hand by the time he retired. Saburō Kitajima was a famous Enka Singer who always attended to the End of Year Festival until his retirement in 2013 and had many popular songs including “Matsuri”.
    He was the owner of Kitasan Black who bought him a very cheap price of 7.5 million yen and the main reason was that he thought Kitasan Black was handsome like him. Everytime Kitasan Black won a G1 race, Saburo made a singing ceremony. This was one of the main reason why Uma Musumes like to sing in the stage and Kitasan Black’s character and theme

  24. TFW the real Kitasan Black "activates Victory Cheer," but can't really advance through traffic until they were in the final straight. Probably needed a last spurt skill and Nimble Navigator to negotiate through the spaces in the stretch run.

  36. I am so glad they recently released Kitasan Black for global. Kita-chan's easily up there Teio and Rudolf as my favourites.

    Kitasan continues to be a pretty well tempered horse, even as a breeding stallion. Which is very positive.
