Equinox took out Japan’s summer Grand Prix, the G1 Takarazuka Kinen at Hanshin Racecourse, to remain unbeaten in his four-year-old season for trainer Tetsuya Kimura, jockey Christophe Lemaire and owners Silk Racing.

  2. He didn’t panic because he knew he was on the best horse!! Personally I’d love to see him in the Cox Plate to watch Japan take it again, but I doubt he’ll be coming.

  3. What a magnificent experience and fantastic ride by Jockey on Equinox.Clearly his world ratings does show how outstanding are the achievements for such recognition and the Racing experts as proven again,that they know a great horse for all comers to the competition .😀👍❤

  4. If he can handle what would likely be much softer conditions at Longchamp in October the way he has good/good to firm, & firm ground in Japan and in Dubai, Equinox is a colt that I believe Japan could finally break through with an Arc victory with, IMO.
